What more could one ask for???

Americans & freedom! The land of the "FREE" & the brave! One must ask tho, just how "FREE" are Americans today as compared to the visions our founding fathers envisoned? Have taxes at the federal, state, county & local municipality been going down, staying even or escalating? Individual liberties such as the 1st/2nd amendment, secure from attack from the PC crowd/anti crowd? Buying power of the dollar strong as ever? American sovereignty or American internationalism? I've noticed that policy in regards to the "DC crowd" seems to move more towards "excessive" legislation regardless of which affiliation of "the" party is in supposed control. As Americans, does anyone REALLY beleive there are canidates or a party that puts "your" individual freedoms first? DHHS, IRS, CFR, Federal Reserve, DEA, BATF, FDA & the list goes on & on, are these the protectors or demise of our individual freedoms? Are we free or just "told" that we are free?
