What needs to happen for the Raiders to make the playoffs if theres any chance?

Call me crazy....but i think 8-8 is a possible record for oakland...so is the playoffs possbile too? pitt mite end at 8-8 or worse baltimore too but denver i think is as soild as a fat chicks inner thigh sooo can oakland dare say make the playoffs? >.< or am i dreamin
