Cotchery for Caldwell?

I have Jericho Cotchery, but while he is a great player, he has been a little disappointing to me for fantasy football. Should I drop him to pick up Andre Caldwell? Look at their team schedules. AND how many guys the Jets can go to and how many guys the Bengals can go to. In general, if a team has less guys to go to, then his best player usually does the best fantasy-wise. (Adrian Peterson is a great example cause Minnesota doesnt have much else offense-wise) Anyways, can anyone help me with this decision?
