Has swine flu totally vanished?

when we first heard about it the whole world was on panic mode. And the media over hyped it claiming that it was a major pandemic and it would wipe us all out. Yet this year we haven't actually heard much about it. Has it finally died down? Was it just paranoia caused by the media?
