If you found out the pastor who you wanted to officiate your marriage had done this would you still use him?

If you are somewhat friends with the pastor and he knows that you are on very bad terms with someone who has wronged you, slandered you, sued you wrongfully and caused big time damage to your and other people's lives and has a very bad reputation, and you found out the pastor who is too busy to socialize, yet makes time to invite this enemy to his home for dinner and spends a lot of time with them, would you still want him to officiate your marriage? Or would you not care what the person who officiates is like personally as long as he legally fulfills the duty?
