Should I still be friends with this girl?

you need to determine if her friendship is in any way improving your life. if yes, but the trouble of dealing with her isn't worth it, then no, you shouldn't be her friend. if no, again, you shouldn't. but if she's making valuable contributions to your life, and you think your life would suck without her, well...
