Very Gross, But very painfull, Please help?

I had a hemorhoidectomy last week. Since then I have had problems with being able to urinate. I am able to go, it just takes several hours to be able to do so. I also began having my bowel movements again which are very painfull. Today it was so large I busted one of my stitches. I am using pain killers, xanax, lidocain and sitz baths to help with the pain, but is there more I can do to make it easier to urinate and lessen the pain of my BM?
