Where can I watch full episodes of Smallville for free?

Now that Smallville is switching to Friday's I will miss every new episode. It is my favorite show so I am wondering where I can watch the newest episodes online when the season starts. FYI, I have already tried Hulu and the CW website with no success. I need help!
