Why does is this a miracle and this just meh?

The blood like stuff coming from that stupid statues eye got more attention than NASA flying a Spacecraft the size of a volxwagon 83,000,000 miles into space to launch a probe remotely from the spacecraft going in a different direction, travelling 23,000 miles per hour. And than hit the target (an asteroid) directly.
