Wrongful arrest?

I was arrested for " criminal damage " to property belonging to me & my wife + supposed "death threats", to which i was forcebly taken with hands cuffed behind me in such a way as to be excruciatingly painful for about 1/2 hour and held in custody for 20hrs , not interviewed , no charges read or charge sheet seen , and then released with a "conditional bail to police station grant" not to contact my wife or children or to return to my marital home.The allegations have been made by my teenage daughter but are refuted by my wife. They interviewed my wife 4 times because she wouldnt say anything against me.I still have red marks on my wrists & my hands are still numb 3 days later
