You should call your vet and ask what they advise you do for her until she comes in. There isn't much that can be done about paw pad lacerations because even if the vet tries to suture them the tissue just won't hold the stitches. Keep it as clean and dry as possible and follow your vet's advice. Most likely they will recommend she comes in before Friday. A cut on the bottom of the foot is almost impossible to keep clean and it was obviously not a clean cut to begin with and your vet will probably want her on systemic antibiotics ASAP to combat infection and prevent the spread of infection.
